BUG Cafe, a cafe located within the BUG space, will be selling exhibition collaboration menu items!
This is a refreshing Western-style dorayaki sandwich made with strawberries in a soft spring -like shade. In addition to the cold gelato, it also contains ingredients with a crispy or chewy texture, so you can enjoy it in your mouth. The slightly larger dough of the dorayaki is covered with raw honey from THE HASUNE FARM. The honey has a different flavor depending on the type of seasonal flower. Please start your bite with the dough and honey. I hope you enjoy the plate with the tea set, which is black tea that brings out the sweetness of the strawberries and ice cream.
